Michael William Associates, Inc. was founded by Michael Kondracki, a landscape designer and business owner for over 20 years. The vision that led to the development of MWA was rooted in his own experiences as co-owner and founder of one of the areas largest landscape companies.
“The large companies have lost sight of the importance of providing quality design theme concepts and customer service, while at the same time, the small firms simply lack the experience and design capability demanded by today's discriminating eye.”
Understanding this, MWA developed its organization and put together a team of hand picked experienced landscape, masonry, irrigation & lighting professionals with the background in executing intricate design themes of any nature and scale. Equally important has been the development of the MWA Alliance Team, which supports their internal group, providing site work, trucking, after care services, and decorative concrete applications, as well as a group of material resources and vendors throughout the U.S.
